A cosmic symphony of sound and voice to honour the spinning of the Great Mother’s wheel as we prepare to embrace the blazing colours of Autumn, turning inward for rest and reflection.

This will be held in the Sanctuary, the heart of , above the altar - a sacred space for divine transmission and angelic acoustics.

This will be the third Surya Namaskara Sadhana I have led since September 2023 and I can now affirm with confidence that this is one of the most powerful practices of conscious activity and discipline of the mind and body to serve the soul. This is a sacred practice handed down from the sages of Vedic times. Surya means ‘Sun’ and Namaskara means ‘salutation.’ Salutation to the sun, can be seen as a form of worship of the sun, and all that it represents on the micro and macrocosmic levels.
