Halewood Community Football

This weekend we have paid out £1060 to two of our club supporters in our Bingo Lotto and Last Man Standing games. It’s a win win as we get in some much needed funds for the kids and the people who support us get a chance to win big prizes whilst supporting the community! Our first ever girls team competing in there first competitive football matches today. Proud of each and every one of them and the start of something exciting 💜🩷

We’re looking for new players to join our under 13s team Halewood Ajax. Ajax left the Tuebrook league before Christmas so are currently training and rebuilding, we will be competing in a few tournaments and friendlies before joining a summer league in May.

Out of our weekly girls Wildcats sessions our first girls team, Halewood Honeys will be formed in the coming months playing in there first competition in Feb before joining a summer league in May. We are looking for some more players ahead of the season current ages 8/9 or Years 4/5.

Tough game for the Ajax lads today. They have stepped up quite a lot in level and having to work really hard to compete week on week but managed to score 3 goals against the league leaders (Ruby 2 and Diego 1) POTM George - our captain, led by example putting himself on the line at the back all game with some really brave tackles. Up the Ajax, we go again next week.
