Not sure if getting lean or just found the good lighting 😅

I've the decision to take a break from the fat loss phase and bring my calories up in preparation for going to Vegas.

There's A LOT of food places I'm going to try 😅

The last 12 weeks have certainly been eye opening having not done something like this in well over 10 years.

I'm pleased and quite surprised with the results 😁

Who knows, I may even carry on for a little while after Vegas 🤷‍♂️

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 High Protein Fluffy Pancakes 🥞
(689cal/52P/83C/16F)

To a blender add:
2 Eggs (can use less eggs or swap out for egg whites)
100g Oats (can vary depending on macros)
200g Yogurt (High protein yogurt from Aldi)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
200ml Coconut Milk (I used too much 🥲 I'd use less than half of this)
Xanthan gum (only to thicken if needed!)
Low Calorie Syrup (I'm using Skiiny Food Co Maple Syrup)

This should make 5-6 smaller pancakes or 2-3 larger ones!

You could also make a bigger batch for meal prep and store in the fridge or freezer for during the week!
