Hi,
Everyone is welcome to come along for a 5km walk on the greenway tonight. Meeting at 6.15pm, Heckmondwike Morrisons by the recycling bins.
The decision has been made to walk than run with a heat weather warning in place.

Amanda B and I pushed on and managed to complete our 5km quicker than we normally would. I got my PB, thank you Amanda for the motivation.
