Don’t forget that along with the clocks in our home, our body clocks also need to adjust.

My apologies to all those who found their classes disrupted by my recent illness. I’m well into my recovery period now so I’m starting to think about returning again. Hopefully we’ll get a new date organised for the Yoga and Well-being Festival and we can all work together to make it a huge success.💕
