What do Callum Thorney, Erin Boothman, Charlie Aldridge, Katie Archibald, Xander Graham, Elliot & Melanie Rowe all have in common? They were all riders supported by the Braveheart Cycling Fund!
We’d love for your club to join us for the 2026 Braveheart Cycling Fund Ride and Dinner in Stirling on Saturday 24 October.
The day begins with the Braveheart Ride, setting off from Wallace High School in Stirling at 9:30. Whether you’re looking for a longer challenge or a more relaxed day in the saddle, there are two routes to choose from:
Brave Ride: 58 miles: Adults £37/Youth, Jr, Students £20
Heart Ride: 33 miles: Adults £20/Youth, Jr, Students £15
After the ride, the celebrations continue at the Braveheart Cycling Fund Dinner at Stirling Court Hotel, with the welcome reception starting at 18:00.
Guests can expect an inspiring evening celebrating Scottish cycling and bringing together riders, supporters, families, friends and leading figures from across the sport. The evening will include dinner, a fundraising auction and the presentation of the Braveheart Cycling Fund Trophy, recognising one of Scotland’s most promising emerging cyclists.
There will also be memorable stories, lively company and opportunities to bid on special cycling memorabilia and experiences. While we are still confirming guest riders, those who have confirmed are: Erin Boothman, Jack Carlin, Grant Ferguson, Charline Joiner, Evan Oliphant and Pippa York.
More than a great day out, the Braveheart Dinner and Ride is the Fund’s principal fundraising event. Every contribution helps talented young Scottish riders access the practical support they need to develop, compete and take the next step in their cycling careers.
