Are you 16–20 years old and looking to start your career in an office environment? 👩‍💻👨‍💻
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised Office Junior to join our team in Dechmont, West Lothian.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable administration and customer service skills, with full support and training provided. 😊

The role will include:
📞 Answering calls and emails
👋 Welcoming candidates, visitors and customers
📅 Taking and processing course bookings
📋 General office administration and data entry
📄 Preparing paperwork, certificates and reports
📝 Assisting with candidate registrations and exams
💻 Updating social media and advertising
🤝 Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Friendly and approachable
✔️ Reliable and organised
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Basic IT skills
✔️ Keen to learn and develop
✔️ Previous office experience is not essential
