The TGI Business Conference 2027 is heading back to Fairmont St Andrews.

Bringing together TGI Partners and partner suppliers, the conference will be an opportunity to connect, share ideas, explore new opportunities and look ahead to the future of the golf industry.

Last week was another busy week for our Retail Consultants, working alongside TGI Partners and their teams across the UK and Ireland.

From merchandising and shop layouts to staff training, marketing and planning for the season ahead, there’s been plenty going on.

Our Consultants have been helping Partners to:

• Make more of their retail space, reviewing merchandising and shop layouts to maximise opportunities on the shop floor.
• Develop their teams, delivering training around products, customers and the day-to-day practices that help create a great retail experience.
• Review performance, talking through how the season is progressing, what’s happening in the market and where there are opportunities to improve.
• Plan ahead, discussing future ranges, shop developments and ways to keep their businesses moving forward.
• Get more from TGI’s marketing tools, including Email Marketing Service, MyMarketing HUB, with support on POS and promotional activity.
• Make the most of the Partnership, helping Partners get up and running with the new TGI Golf App and making sure they’re aware of the services and support available through TGI Golf.

For us, these visits are an opportunity to spend time with Partners, understand what’s happening in their businesses and work together on practical ways to improve their retail performance.
