gluing a standard tyre puncture patch to the wheel itself, held nice and secure with a clamp. Once that is set, I will fill the hole on the outside with some volcanising glue as well

second day in the lake district. Tough and very fun. Highest elevation I have ever cycled in a day.

The lakes has some of the toughest terrain I have ever cycled down.

Training is definitely working, just shy of 1km hill climbing achieved yesterday. I've noticed I now have the power to cycle up things I never could in the past as well.

I climbed snowdon last week. parked in Llanberis and took the bus to Pen Y pas where I then walked the Pyg track to the summit then back down the Llanberis path. Stunning views when the cloud allowed. @ Snowdon

I installed and trued a bike wheel for the first time ever. took me a long time from having to learn a lot, but once I had the various bits figured out it was actually quite easy.

Out for a ride yesturday. An absolute mud fest for almoat the entire 27 miles. It does help if you remember to put the rear mud guard back on as well

Ive been working on some of my rig recently. This time the shoulder holster, turning it into a rig I can veg up easily and add a water bladder onto as well.

Small and light weight. I would like to include a fixed sling attached to this some how for my srs but I'm not sure how at the moment. Any suggestions?

Upgrade work on my Airsoft nuprol shoulder holster is on going. I'm slowly adding webbing on the rear, for 2 reasons. 1 - I can take it off to veg up easily 2 - I can attach a small water bladder I still need to add a few cross bars and veg loops
