Almost exactly a year ago we posted about people practicing golf at Tre Gib Fields

Could the amateur golfers please head to driving ranges and gold courses instead? Who cost this may be a cheap option for you to practice it’s not a zero cost to the facility and and clubs using the pitches who have to repair that damage 🙄

Unfortunately, we experienced a break-in at the Gym today.
During the incident, two windows were smashed and a fire extinguisher was discharged inside the building, causing unnecessary damage and disruption.
The individuals involved were seen, and CCTV footage is being made available to the police, who attended the scene very promptly. We would like to thank them for their swift response.
We are also very grateful to our volunteers who responded quickly to help clear up the broken glass and secure the building. Thanks to their efforts, the damaged window has already been boarded up and the clean-up completed.
While it is disappointing to see damage caused to a community facility, we're pleased that the situation was dealt with quickly and that the Gym remains secure.
