Some players leave a club. Others become part of its story. 💙

Nansi first pulled on a Llandrindod shirt just after her 5th birthday. Now, at 16, she leaves having represented every single age group along the way. Through all those years, one thing never changed, her commitment. Rain or shine, she was always there, rarely missing a game, always giving everything for the badge.

She’s grown from one of our smallest players into a fantastic role model for every young girl coming through the club. The girls who look up to her now were once exactly where she was.

A little club secret… our pink bibs? They only exist because a very young Nansi decided she wanted pink bibs, and she was simply too adorable for anyone to say no! 💗

With Nansi came Karen, who gave up countless hours to coach our U6s for many years. Karen helped so many girls take their very first steps in football, and we will always be incredibly grateful for everything she has done for our club.

Nansi, thank you for 11 unforgettable years. Thank you for your loyalty, your dedication, and for setting such a brilliant example to every girl who has had the privilege of playing alongside you or being coached by you.

We’re going to miss you more than you know, but we’re incredibly excited to see you take the next step into senior football with Penybont Women. Thank you for everything you’ve given to our club. Wherever football, and life, takes you, we’ll always be proud to have been part of your journey! 💙

U14’s End of Season tournament!

After losing the first game, the girls responded brilliantly and grew into the tournament with every match! 👏

A strong 4-0 win over Penrhyn followed, before an unlucky 0-0 draw against Llani after hitting the bar and creating loads of chances, and were denied time after time by some great saves from their keeper. The girls were really unlucky not to come away with the win!

The girls finished the tournament as runners up and were absolutely buzzing with their medals! 🥈💙

Goals:
⚽️⚽️ Izzy
⚽️ Blanka
⚽️ Isla

POTM: Lily 🌟
Everything good went through her on Sunday. Drove the team forward, picked up assists and worked tirelessly all tournament. Awesome performance!
