As we get back into training, here’s a little reminder of our upcoming gala dates 📅 — so get them in the diary!

Our galas are a fantastic opportunity for swimmers to gain the times they need, race against others and build confidence, all whilst enjoying a friendly, fun and competitive environment. 🏅👏

GLASGOW 2026 HERE WE COME! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏊

The Team Wales Swimming and Para Swimming Team has been announced, with 21 athletes set to represent Wales at this summer's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Huge congratulations to every athlete selected. Earning the opportunity to represent Wales is a remarkable achievement and a testament to years of dedication and hard work! 👏
