A fantastic night of bowls last Tuesday as the club played its triples competition. After several rounds the finalists emerged as Carole, Andrea and Doreen against Neil, Sue and Paul H. Good luck to both teams.
Don't forget the annual subs of £20 are due on 1 September. Please make every effort to pay your money directly into the clubs bank account.

And here we are, probably the last league table of the year. There are a couple of catch up games to play but we've played our 12 matches and have finished in an honourable 5th. Well done team. We are lucky to have a lot of good players in the club and with some extra practice over the summer who knows, the sky's the limit! Well played everyone. # # #

Another fantastic night of bowls. The Neil Watkins knockout competition is certainly a very challenging competition where the home teams have to change mats half way through! Doreen, Carole, Gerald and Alwyn were leading after the first half and fought a valiant battle in the second half to lose by only one point. The other team of Andrea, Finley Paul H and Paul S had one of those nights where things just wouldn't go right, but it was a very enjoyable night of bowls. Well done everyone and good luck to Capel Dewi in the next round. # # #
