Hi everyone, just a quick update, really pleased to announce that Black Wolf Karate and Kickboxing are back at the Dragon Hall, Drefach, Felindre from next Saturday, old students and new very welcome, the more the merrier, first karate session Saturday 10am-11am, more details to follow 🥋

Hi guys,
So classes start back next Tuesday at 6pm in Tysul Hall llandysul (was held in llanfihangel ar arth) all kids ages 6-15 in this class please unless u have already spoken to me regarding training in the second class.
Please take this weekend to wash and iron your gi and it back to full gi in September and make sure you have all your pads, sparing equipment, Gum sheild and belt in your bag, along with a bottle of water!
Hair needs to be tied back and finger and toe nails cut short. Lessons are £4 for anyone under the age of 16 and £5 for 16 years and above to be paid at the beginning of each lesson. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all back in class.

Hi guys. The chdid instructor for BIKO Wales Sensei John Parkhouse is coming down on the 18th of this month (Sunday ) 10am untill noon roughly. Anyone who is a 3rd kyu and above is invited to join us for a small course to make sure we r all up to scratch and training along the same lines. It will be held in tysul hall llandysul. Please arrive early in full gi and belt with water and sparing stuff. £10 per person. Also does everyone have an in-date licence? Thank you Sensei Jem

Hi all, hope you're enjoying your summer break 😃 just a quick note to let you know that as of September Darren will unfortunately no longer be able to run the classes, the classes will instead be taken over by Jemma and will run on a Friday evening starting with a trial session at the dragon hall on 6th September 6-7pm to make sure we all get along and that the teaching is more or less the same etc. That lesson will be free to any one under the age of 15 to try. After that classes will start properly on 20th as there is something on in the hall on the 13th" hope this answers everyone's questions but if not and you need to contact Jemma her number is 07813 217266. Hi all, just to confirm, grading is on Thursday (tomorrow night) at 6 pm £20 grading (brown belts and below) and £3 for training i.e. £23 in total, thanks x

Hi all, apologies but grading is going to have to be Thursday evening instead of Saturday, due to unavailability of the hall, please can you be at the hall for 6pm and don't forget your licences etc, thanks xx
