A brief word from Sensei Len:-

Welcome back after the summer break. Hope you had a good break and are ready to train for your next awards
A warm welcome will also be extended to any newcomers
So if you want to get fit and learn a new martial art which will help with confidence building, self defense and general fitness come and give it a go
All ages 5 and over welcome

Just a reminder that there’s no karate training on the 8th and 9th and 29 th July due to gradings taking place.
Can I also remind everyone grading to make sure your licence and grading fees are paid up to date

Hi Everyone
Due to the increase in rent and utilities I’m afraid I have to increase training fees from Monday 3/7/23 to £6 per session
I have tried to keep it at £5 for as long as I can but due to the increases I have no option

Students are reminded that March gradings will be held on Saturday 11th March at the dojo
9kyu(red) - 5kyu (blue) at 12 noon
You will all be given grading forms prior to this date
Please make sure they are returned with payment and black license book asap
