End of Year Social – 2026 – SAWGBA – The Swansea and West Glamorgan Badminton Association We’re excited to announce our end-of-year event and social! This celebration will be held in Bonmaen RFC, featuring a buffet and an awards ceremony to recognize and celebrate the achievements of both the clubs and individual players over the past year.

Swansea & West Glamorgan Badminton Association (SAWGBA) proudly present trials for the 2026/27 County team on 19th September 2026, at Neath Sports Centre (Neath Sport Centre, Neath Abbey Road, Neath, SA10 7BR), the team will compete in the Badminton England Senior County Championships (SCC).

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Well done to David and Mari Morgan of Llanelli Badminton Club for competing in the first ever Inter County Masters event. South West, South Central, South East, North West and North East Wales met in Deganwy, North Wales.

There were other players in their team from clubs in Cardigan, Haverfordwest, Celtic, Phoenix, Ammanford and Llanelli.

🥉 Dave and the 35+ team finished 3rd.
