What a day and what a milestone for TwirlFusion! ✨

Today we attended our very first Welsh National Championships, and we could not be prouder of our three girls — Laelah-Jade, Isabella and Latisha. 💙

For a new club stepping onto the Welsh Nationals floor for the first time, they did an absolutely fantastic job and came home with some amazing results! 🏆

And a very special congratulations to Isabella, who has become TwirlFusion’s first ever Welsh National Champion! 🥇💙 What an amazing piece of club history to make at our very first Nationals!

These girls are still at the beginning of their journey, and today was about so much more than medals and placings. They stepped onto that floor, represented TwirlFusion beautifully, supported one another and showed just how far they have already come.

For our first Welsh Nationals, we couldn't have asked for more. 🥹💙

Keep working, keep believing and keep enjoying every minute girls — this is only the beginning for TwirlFusion! ✨

🏆❤️💚 FINAL TRAINING SESSION COMPLETE… NEXT STOP, WELSH NATIONALS! 💚❤️🏆

Tonight, our TwirlFusion athletes completed their final training session ahead of the BTAC Welsh National Championships this Saturday! ✨

And this one feels particularly special… because it will be TwirlFusion’s very first Welsh Nationals! 🥹❤️

There’s definitely a mixture of nerves, excitement and anticipation starting to kick in now — but every single athlete has been given the same message:

✨ Go out there, enjoy every second and be proud of yourselves. ✨

For a club that was only established in October 2025, simply stepping onto that competition floor at Welsh Nationals together is something worth celebrating. ❤️

Of course we want everyone to do their very best, but Saturday is about so much more than medals and placings. It’s about gaining experience, building confidence, supporting one another and making memories together.

So soak up the atmosphere, cheer loudly for your teammates, smile, perform your hearts out and most importantly…

HAVE FUN! 🌟

Across our BTAC clubs, athletes will be putting those final touches to their routines this week…

✨ Skills being polished
🎵 Routines getting their final run-throughs
💪 Last-minute corrections being made
👗 Costumes getting competition-ready
❤️ Coaches giving those final words of encouragement
😬 And we're sure there are already a few Nationals butterflies appearing!

But this week isn't about trying to change everything.

It's about trusting the work you've already done.

Every practice.

Every correction.

Every drop where you picked that baton straight back up.

Every skill that wouldn't work… until suddenly it did.

Every moment has brought you to THIS WEEK. ❤️

🏆 Some athletes will be chasing Welsh National titles.

🌟 Some will be aiming for a personal best.

❤️ Some will experience their very first Welsh Nationals.

And for some, the weekend will also bring the opportunity to take another step towards the incredible honour of representing Wales internationally.

Whatever your goal on Saturday, step onto that floor knowing you've earned your place there.

Believe in yourself.

Support your teammates.

Be proud of your progress.

This week we're shining the spotlight on the lovely Laelah-Jade! 💙

When asked what she loves about baton twirling, she said:

✨ "It's fun, I've made lots of new friends, and I've learned so many new skills. It's also something that makes me stand out because most of my friends can't do it!"

We absolutely love that twirling gives our members the chance to learn something unique while building friendships and having fun along the way.

💖 "As Laelah-Jade's mum, I feel that twirling is really helping with her confidence. As time goes on, she's becoming much happier to try new moves with her baton, and it's been lovely to see her grow."

Watching our twirlers develop confidence, skills and friendships is one of the best parts of what we do. 🌟
