WE'RE HIRING!
Senior Climbing Wall Supervisor.

We are on the look out for a new member of TEAM INDY!

This is a role for someone with experience of working in a busy climbing wall.
The successful candidate will have proven admin skills, excellent customer service, instructor qualified and preferably skilled in route and boulder setting. Retail experience is also preferred but not essential.
The role involves helping the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager lead the Indy Team, implement administrative developments as well carry out the usual day to day climbing wall supervisor duties.
Full time post. Pay £13.21 - £13.50 p/hr depending on experience, this will be reviewed after 3 months.

RESETS KEEP ON COMING!

The Indy team have been picking away at the resets to keep things nice and fresh for the coming month. There’s loads of new boulders to go at as well as 8 new top ropes to get a pump on💪
There’s SO much to go at so why not come for a climb at Indy THIS WEEKEND!?

The setting team will continue to pick away at small sections of the routes and boulders to keep the new climbs coming as we head into August🔥

🌞 Summer Holiday Kids Clubs at Indy Climbing Wall! 🧗‍♀️

School holidays are just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to launch our exciting Summer Kids Clubs — perfect for young people looking for fun, adventure, and confidence‑building this summer!

✨ What to expect:
Action‑packed sessions in a safe, friendly environment where kids/teens aged 7–17 can learn new skills, make progress, and enjoy climbing at their own pace.

These sessions have a relaxed vibe (no NICAS schedule), but our instructors still offer individual coaching and feedback on climbing, belaying, and rope skills every time.
