Behind every “I’m fine” there can be a man carrying worries he has never spoken out loud. Too many men feel they have to stay strong, keep going, and suffer in silence — but asking for help is not weakness. It is courage.

This month is a reminder to check in on the men in our lives: fathers, sons, brothers, partners, friends, colleagues. Send the message. Make the call. Ask twice. Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can mean more than you know.

To any man struggling right now: you matter. Your feelings are valid. You are not a burden. You do not have to face everything alone.

What a week it’s been at Mon Training! 👏

It’s been one of those full-on weeks where we’ve been so busy delivering training… we forgot to stop and take photos! 📸😅

Over the last few days we’ve been carrying out Telehandler tests, delivering lots of First Aid training, running Fire Marshal courses, and yesterday we rounded off the week with an Emergency First Aid at Work course at Congl Meinciau in Botwnnog.

Great to be able to help Nick, who looks after the Benllech Defibrillators, by donating this ZOLL training defibrillator.
They can now train using the same style of AED that is installed in their local public access defibrillator boxes, making training more realistic, familiar, and effective in a real emergency.
The unit needed a little TLC, but it’s now back up and running, ready to help build confidence and lifesaving skills within the community.
