Remember this dads👇…

They don’t just hear what we say… they copy what we do.

That’s why I always remind the dads I work with, your habits today become your kids habits tomorrow.

If they see us slumped on the sofa every night, that becomes their “normal.”

But if they see us moving, fueling our body right, and showing up with energy, that’s the standard they’ll grow into.

This isn’t just about looking good or dropping weight. It’s about building a legacy. 💪
