My man Zac getting comfortable being uncomfortable on the Devil’s Tricycle (if you’ve ever used one, the name will come as no surprise). Zac’s work ethic is spot on, and as a direct result, Zac’s fitness and general conditioning have improved tenfold. Superb!

Today I worked with a young lady who suffers from a condition that causes acute joint pain and lack of mobility, especially in the ankles, hips and lumbar spine. The session was built using low impact exercises designed to slowly increase joint mobility, core stability and flexibility whilst still looking for a stimulus that will improve fitness and build strength...Everybody can do something...

Doable? Yes. Sustainable? Not really. Health and fitness should be a part of a balanced lifestyle, not a quick fix solution. We should aim to find a balance across all four pillars of health: relaxation, nutrition, movement, sleep.

Gym based sessions also available - This is my good friend, and local Osteopath, Zac Laraman, pushing the tempo each week. Our sessions are constantly varied using a ton of different training methods to challenge all areas of fitness.
