Between them they've clocked up nearly 20 HoW7s caps and have helped with everything from site builds, parking, traffic management, team support, radios, equipment runs and solving the hundreds of little problems that come with running Wales' biggest sports & music festival.

They're the people you'll find turning up early, staying late and getting stuck into whatever needs doing.

Of course, their scouting reports aren't exactly spotless... 😂

But behind all the stories is a group of lads who care about the event, care about each other, and have become a massive part of what HoW7s is today.
