Four weeks of sunshine and I still managed to start filming the exact moment it began raining. Very British of me to immediately complain about it 🌧️😂

But adapting when circumstances change is pretty much the point of this video.

One of my clients recently started a new job and could no longer fit his usual hour-long evening sessions into his schedule.

So instead of expecting him to somehow find more time, we adapted his training.

By using antagonist supersets and drop sets, we reduced his workouts to around 30–35 minutes. He can now train in the morning three times a week, and he actually feels the sessions are more effective than before.

More training doesn’t automatically mean better results.

For busy people, a shorter plan you can consistently follow will usually beat an “optimal” plan that doesn’t fit your life.

Your training should work around your life, not take it over.

Could you stay more consistent if your workouts were shorter?

I’m over the moon with how Adrien managed to improve on what was already a great physique. He was already in great shape when we started, so this was never about a dramatic transformation. It was just about tightening up and as you can see that was definitely achieved.

The biggest benefit of the coaching was giving him more structure, accountability and an extra push to get more out of the work he was already doing.

Over the months leading into the shoot, we worked around holidays, parties and a chest injury, and Adrien smashed it to make sure he arrived looking his best.

Sometimes coaching isn’t about making huge changes. It’s about tightening up the process, focusing your efforts and making sure you actually stick to the plan.

Getting into photoshoot shape is tough. Keeping it is shouldn’t be!

Too many transformations are built around an extreme deadline:

Slash calories.
Pile on cardio.

Loose fat but also your frame

It might work for the shoot, but once normal life resumes, so does the weight gain.

My next client photoshoot is in March 2027.

I’m taking six men through a properly structured muscle-building and fat-loss phase to get them lean, muscular and confident. Without relying on a unsustainable diet.

Nobody needs to maintain peak shoot-day condition all year. The goal is to finish with more muscle, considerably less body fat and a solid routine that lets you keep your gains

This is for men who train consistently but still don’t have the physique to show for it, or who have previously got lean, only to rebound straight afterward.

Two of the six spaces are already taken. Four remain.

DM me “MARCH” and I’ll send you the details.

WE’VE POSTED JIMMY’S TRANSFORMATION THREE TIMES ALREADY…

And somehow, every new update has made the last one look unfinished.

Jimmy started with me on 17 November at 85.3kg.

Six weeks later, he was down to 73kg and in the best shape he’d ever been in.

But that wasn’t the finish line.

We moved into a controlled gaining phase, built him back up to 80kg and pushed his strength across every key lift.

Then we cut again for the photoshoot.

The result?

Jimmy is now absolutely shredded, carrying noticeably more muscle and sitting roughly 4kg heavier than his first lean result.

This is the difference between simply losing weight and actually building a physique.

This is the finished product and it’s been built through months of proper training, structured nutrition and Jimmy consistently doing the work.

Unbelievable effort from start to finish. Proud of what he’s built 🤝

If you’re tired of repeatedly dieting down, looking smaller and putting the weight straight back on, message me “BUILD”.

Kris has absolutely smashed this 😂👏🏼

The funny thing is, there were points where he couldn’t see the progress himself.

Kris used to get too focused in the number on the scales. If his weight hadn’t dropped as much as he expected, he could completely overlook the progress happening right in front of him.

A few times I had to remind him of the progress he was making📈

By the end of the process, Kris had:

• Got below 80kg
• Hit all of his strength goals
• dropped his body fat
• Completely changed his physique

The scales only tell one small part of the picture.

There were some tough weeks towards the end, but Kris trusted the plan, kept putting the work in and absolutely nailed it.

Very proud of you, mate. Hopefully you can finally see what the rest of us have been looking at 👏🏼

If you’re letting the scales convince you that you’re getting nowhere, despite every other sign saying otherwise, message me “PROGRESS” and we’ll have a chat.

Same bloke. This is just over 13 weeks apart.

79.2kg down to 76.8kg.

Only 2.4kg between these photos, but his physique has completely changed.

Rico also started a new corporate job during all this. New routine, longer days and plenty of reasons to sack the plan off.

As you can see he didn’t.

He tracked his food, and we found his fat intake although healthy fats, was too high. We went through hit diet and created a routine with leaner protein sources that meant he could hit his protein targets whilst keeping fats low.

His pull-ups went from 10 reps at bodyweight to 5 clean reps with 30kg added

He also got his first muscle up at the shoot👌🏼

No stupid crash diet. No ridiculous hours of cardio. Just a proper plan and 13 weeks of solid graft.

Very proud of you mate 👊🏼

If you’re a busy bloke who wants to get in shape but needs some structure, message me “COACHING” and we’ll have a chat.

You don’t need perfection.

But you need enough consistency, for long enough, to know what’s working.

A coach can’t bypass time.

But they can stop you wasting it with a plan built around your life, clear targets, honest accountability and adjustments based on your results.

If you’re fed up not progressing message me and I’ll tell you how I hold my clients accountable so that they make great progress 📈.
