This time last we we all joined together to hold our annual presentation, where members find out their awards gained through regular attendance.

This year although we had many members unable to attend all achieved multiple awards through the support of their parents and leaders.

We thank everyone for the support they give throughout the year.

The past 2 weeks our Junior sections have been finding out about insects and creepy crawlies via various crafts.

As a reminder tonight's sessions have been cancelled due to the Red weather warning in place. We hope to see everyone next week.

Today marks the start of Volunteers' Week and we want to say a huge thank you to our 6,500+ volunteer leaders for all they do! 🙌

In communities across the country our children and young people are provided with opportunities to learn, grow and discover in a safe, fun and caring environment, which wouldn't be possible without the tireless dedication of our volunteers.

Keep an eye on our social media channels throughout this week as we'll be sharing stories from some of our volunteers of why they do what they do!

Last thursday saw out Junior sections get adventurous baking. Working as a team they managed to mix and bake some cupcakes.

A great time was had by all and it was nice to manage to complete a task not done for many years within our Junior section.

Before the easter break, the boys made two Holy Week freezes depicting the Easter story from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday. They enjoyed an egg hunt and made colourful Easter bookmarks.

Since returning in January our Junior section have been busy. They have made dinosaur scratch magnets to match their groups. We have been learning about the story of Moses. They made crafts of baby Moses in the bulrushes, the burning bush (when God spoke to Moses) and the parting of the Red Sea. A week off for half term before we return for more activities!
