Five ways to keep it comfortable:
• Walk early or late to stay cool and dodge the midday heat.
• Choose routes through shady woods, nature’s air con!
• Wear light, breathable layers, and don’t forget your hat.
• Keep water handy and sip often
• Sun cream every time, your skin will thank you.
A hydration bladder is a handy option, too. You can drink without stopping!
Keep cool. Keep moving. Save the hottest part of the day for an ice cream stop.
