“I've been training at Hyfit for a few months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. What I really like is that all the sessions are pre-planned and coach-led, so there's no need to think about what workout to do or how to structure a session. I can simply turn up, follow the coach's instructions, and focus on putting the effort in.

The small group sessions mean you get plenty of support and individual attention, while still benefiting from the motivation of training with others.

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the sessions are challenging but enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Hyfit to anyone looking for a supportive gym where the hard work is taken care of for you and all you need to do is show up and give it your best.”

“Really enjoying HYFIT! It’s a really welcoming and chilled-out place, and makes going to the gym so much easier. I just turn up and everything is already planned out for me, so there’s no overthinking what I should be doing.

It’s the first gym in years that’s actually kept me motivated. Stephen makes the sessions fun, interesting and varied, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend giving it a go.“

Run Norwich 2026 🏃‍♂️🏃

Always a great event. The city was full of energy this morning, with great support all around the course, and it was brilliant seeing so many HYFIT members out there putting in some great performances.
