If you want to show up with energy. For your career and for home
But right now, consistency feels impossible
It's not laziness. Your life just isn't structured to support it yet
Here's where to start:
Fix your nights first, this will give you the biggest return on energy and output
Schedule your morning training like a client meeting, or busyness and fire fighting overnight emails will take over
Start with 3 sessions a week, 30 minutes each
Rotate 2 to 3 simple meals and stop overthinking food
Small inputs with consistent ex*****on = compounding results
That's the blueprint…
Not motivation. Not willpower
Structure

You can’t be healthy when you’re sick, it’s too late then
A little back story about me and why I started in the fitness industry and why I’ve evolved my coaching
I had a 3 stage evolution
Stage 1 - Validation and attention - 12-21
Getting in shape was the first real consistent validation I got for putting in work and being seen for it
Stage 2 - Personal growth and self development - 21-30
I seen the value in working on my physical health so kept it going and it evolved into Tony Robbins and self help books, leaving an engineering career and pursuing a fitness career
Stage 3 - Pain - 30-36
My dad struggled with mental health for years
I didn’t understand it, but as I grew up, I seen the complexity of mental health and it's impact
I’m in the process of being diagnosed with ADHD too
I seen my dad struggle with mental health, it impacted his life and those around him
Pain is the real reason I chose to help others
Seeing people struggle hurt me, especially those I loved
Working out, eating healthy and focusing on personal development all gave me power and control
It helped me grow, but more importantly, it helped me avoid pain and feel safe
As I evolve… I’m realising that avoiding pain isn’t the answer either
So there will be a 4th evolution, which I welcome
I’ve heard of 92 year old gym member, still full of life, yet my dad passed at 69
When you’re sick, it’s too late
Starting as early as you can will always help your future self
Time is ticking
You can always do more
Set big goals... not for achieving them, but for the growth they will create
Anything is possible
Elite performance done right will lead to an elite retirement
If you want to be available for your grandkids… the time is now

Most finance professionals don't have a motivation problem. They have a structure problem
So here's the meal framework I use with clients to stay around 2,000 calories and hit 200g protein daily without the guesswork
Breakfast
Lunch
Protein shake
Dinner
Evening snack (optional)
Same inputs. Consistent outputs
That's how men over 39 stay lean year round
You don't need more discipline. You need fewer decisions

My client was spending $2,000 a month on supplements
He couldn’t name half of them
That’s usually the first red flag
Not the price
The fact there’s no clear reason behind what’s being taken
So we stripped it back
Pulled everything out
Grouped it properly
Foundational
Performance
Speculative
The speculative stuff went first
Because if you can’t explain why you’re taking it
What it’s doing
And whether it’s actually working
It’s expensive urine and you don’t know if it’s actually doing anything
The final stack was simple
Magnesium
Omega-3
Creatine
Vitamin D
That was it for him
The real progress didn’t come from adding more,
I always try to remove as much complexity first as I can
The progress came from fixing the things underneath
Sleep
Stress
Training
Recovery
Food consistency
That’s where most men get this wrong
They keep adding supplements to a body that’s already overloaded
More pills
More powders
More protocols
But the basics are leaking everywhere
The supplement stack should support the system
Not replace it
Comment “STACK” if you’re struggling to know what supplements are right for you
I’ll send you my 3 foundational safe supplements backed by science you can get going with
At 39, running a business and showing up for my family, I'm not wasting money on supplements anymore
They just don't give you the return like you think they do
That being said... here's what I actually take:
- Whey protein
Hit my protein targets easier, find one that works for you and doesn't bloat you and you can digest,
If it doesn't agree with you, it's not right for you
- Creatine monohydrate (Creapure is best and all you need)
5-15g per day, cognitive benefits too, safe
- Pre-workout
I like a good pump and blood flow. Caffeine free as I want to regulate caffeine and tend to abuse it... most people don't need caffeine
- Electrolytes
Hydration insurance. You don't need expensive LMNT or Liquid IV but absolutely get them, if you're stuck, good sea salt will do
Vitamin D
Insurance in winter... in the summer, I get as much sun on my skin as I can without burning
Awesome for hormones, depression and immune system
Here's what I stopped buying:
Greens powders
Fat burners
Testosterone boosters
The supplement industry is built to profit from busy men who are looking for a shortcut
There isn't one
A handful of basics, used consistently, will outperform any expensive stack every single time
Stop overcomplicating it
Stop overspending on it
The men getting real results aren't buying more
They're buying smarter

And comment "supps" if you want my guide on my top 5 supplements with the research behind them too
I seen too many family members get sick and lose the choice to do what they wanted
This is why I'm so passionate about helping men build the capacity to enjoy life, not just grind through it
Not because I want them to superficially look good,
But because I want them to make the most of their life,
To reach their potential... physically, mentally, spiritually
Today, I've helped over 500 men improve their quality of life and look amazing when doing it... without living out of Tupperware and being a slave to a workout plan that doesn't fit their life
If you're struggling with feeling good, having energy and carrying an extra 10-30 lbs or more, I'd love to help
Comment "HELP" below and I'll share how we can work together
Waking up at 4am thinking about work isn’t normal
But it is common
Just not normal…
Most men think they’ve got a sleep problem
Usually it’s a stress and recovery problem
You’re not properly switching off
So your brain keeps running through conversations, problems and pressure at 4am when the world’s quiet
And then the cycle starts
Poor sleep
More caffeine
More stress
Poor recovery
More pressure
The fix usually isn’t complicated
But it does need structure
First thing is your evenings
Most men stay stimulated right up until bed then hit a wall and crash, thinking they don’t have a sleep problem…
Laptop
Phone
Emails
Scrolling
One more thing
Your nervous system never gets a chance to slow down
You need a proper back-end to the day
Less stimulation
More decompression
Even a short walk after dinner helps massively
Second thing is consistency
Not perfection
Consistency
Same rough sleep and wake time
Even on weekends
Because most men completely wreck their sleep rhythm every Friday and Saturday then wonder why Monday feels awful
This is the hardest when there’s work pressure but it makes a huge difference when you set up the boundaries
Third thing is pressure management
Because the 4am wake up is usually the symptom
Not the root issue
A lot of high performers are carrying huge pressure with absolutely no outlet for it
No recovery
No slowing down
No emotional regulation
No switch-off
No talking to anyone about it…
Just constant output
Eventually the body starts forcing the issue
You don’t need another sleep gadget
You need better inputs upstream
Comment WIRED and I’ll send you the full breakdown on how to sleep better
