8 months of Achilles tendonitis in both legs and finally, I’m able to run outside pain free again! 🥹

After months of trying everything, shockwave therapy has finally got me back out there.

First time in 8 months I’ve been able to run without pain. Honestly, I’ve missed this so much. ❤️

What a week it’s been, it’s been terrible.
I can’t believe I’ve been home for a whole week already. I’m sure I was born to live abroad ✈️ Take me back!

If your workout feels harder than normal…it’s probably the weather, not your fitness.

As women in our 40s, the heat can hit us a little differently too, so don’t be afraid to slow things down.

A few things I’m doing:
💧 Drinking more water
🌅 Training earlier where I can
👟 Taking the pressure off chasing PBs
💛 Listening to my body

Remember, not every workout has to be your best one. Sometimes just showing up is enough.

We’ve got a warm week ahead, so look after yourself and train smart. ☀️

If your workout feels harder than normal… it’s probably the weather, not your fitness.

As women in our 40s, the heat can hit us a little differently too, so don’t be afraid to slow things down.
