Been a minute… founder life, solo parenting weeks, all of it.
Last Friday I made it to Session | Volume 1.0 and it felt like a bit of a reset. A proper workout, quick turnaround, then straight into a room of founders & operators while still in that post-training headspace (sweaty hair and all). 🥵
Those weeks where you’re holding everything together are usually the ones where your own training slips, even when you know how much you need it. This just reminded me why I always come back to it.
The same thing I say to the women I coach still stands – it’s not about having the perfect setup, it’s about finding your way back in, especially when you’re rebuilding strength, managing pelvic floor symptoms, or just trying to feel like yourself again.
There’s something very special in what is building with – a high performance space that leads with fitness and integrates workspace. Something I’ve been craving without quite having the words for it. 🥹
Designed for the way I actually work, think and need to feel (managing the juggle, mostly un-showered post workout, on limited time 😬).

💡 With 'practical' knowledge, and awareness, comes power.
You want to find your path to training without symptoms and getting stronger, but if you don’t understand how your own body works and your current strategies then it can be hard to:
🤷🏽♀️ Find the level of training that actually works for you (and to drive adaptation); and

…You run your thoughts. Don’t let them run you.
Employ power thinking.
Start by observing yourself and your thought patterns.
Choose empowering supportive thoughts to get you to your goals.
Show your mind you are the boss and eventually worry-filled disempowering thoughts will get quieter and quieter. 🤫
Then practice getting out of your comfort zone. 💪🏽

🫶🏽 What are the simple everyday actions that will make your life happier?
Embody how doing these things will make your FEEL and it will make you take action.
At first some of these might seem hard to implement - so easy not to do - time block for it.
Write a list and challenge yourself to do these things for at least 21 days and see how you feel. After this time it may have already become wired into your routine that you would feel lost without it.
Make it manageable, start with 1, until it becomes a habit, then add another, then another…
If you feel happier and learn how to install discipline - progress, success, results will come.

🤚🏽 Slow down to go fast.
Sometimes you have to stop looking for the breakthrough and instead focus on celebrating the many little wins along the way.
If you change your expectations to the incremental progress, not just the breakthrough - it will serve you better to stay motivated, consistent, accountable and emotionally happier in yourself.

🤔 It’s easy to see ‘success’ when you stick to the easy.
The difficult is what takes a little time.
In reality, more time than most people are willing to wait. This world where we are searching for instant gratification stops you from taking the - quite often - simple little actions you need to take to create the results you want OVER TIME.
BUT once the momentum starts to kick in you can be unstoppable, just like Lucinda, reaching that point where results start to happen…and actually faster than you think.
Failing is part of the process. It’s how we learn. But rather than think of it as ‘failing’, think of it as testing - your limits, your boundaries, your starting point from which to fly!

🤜🏽 Strong, Free & Lifted
Let me take you on a journey…
After the birth of her second child, my client, Emily, experienced a moment that left her feeling broken emotionally and physically, and detached from those around her.
She was told she had a grade 1 prolapse, alongside a small diastasis and incontinence…and was told never to run again and avoid picking up her kids wherever possible.
So for months, Emily believed that doing these things would cause more damage, alongside continued symptoms when she tried working out on her own, and she was so fearful of movement that she stopped exercising…
Until one day, she lifted heavy furniture - something she needed to do - and felt symptoms get worse because she lacked the strength required to carry out day-to-day activities.
After our first consult, Emily knew the impact this was having on her. She needed to make a change. Little did she know that speaking to her lit a fire in me and changed me (and my business) also… ❤️
She finished up with my 12-week group coaching programme and:
⚡️Felt stronger mentally and physically
⚡️Had greatly reduced leaking and prolapse symptoms
⚡️Was lifting heavier weights than she ever did pre-babies
⚡️Had more confidence around exercising with prolapse on her own

There is no denying that our words, language, biases and beliefs impact those around us. What information and content you consume will ultimately impact how you view yourself, your body, your capabilities. It all starts in the mind, and then our body responds. Every thought leads to an action.

🤔 Avoid movement or find more ways to unlock your movement potential?
How?
For M, small adjustments on a personal level all compounded to make big improvements over 4 months (and continuing).
She can now move more freely, do the kind of exercise she enjoyed before pregnancy (even running) and play with her children without residual pain.
M said to be able to enjoy movement again is basically priceless. 🫶🏽
