INTUITIVE + FEEL GOOD MOVEMENT
Itβs so often that to be fit, toned, strong and healthy you have to do a high intensive killer workout, but I know this to be wrong as that use to be me.
Low impact, intuitive and feel good movement will strengthen, tone, mobilise, lengthen and connect into you, working through a moving meditation.
Low impact movement will not impact our hormonal balance or spike cortisol in our bodies, like high intensity workouts will.
Honestly, i absolutely love yoga itβs helped bring me so much clarity and feel grounded. Itβs good for my body and muscles. Yoga works with your body rather than against it and softens into strength, so you feel great on the inside and out β€οΈ

Diagram deep breathing is one of the bodies strongest self healing tools.
Lowers blood pressure β
Reduces heart rate β
Decrease stress hormones β
Exercises the lungs β
Increases physical and mental energy β
Improves immunity β
Yoga is just one big breathing exercise, I guess this is why I also have so much energy and always am so calm π€£ππΌπͺ

New day. New week. Take movement. Take breath. Take strength. Find space.
All and some of the things you will find in your yoga practice. We certainly found it in this mornings session, it was dynamic, it was strong and we fuelled our body with breath.
