Tomorrows theme is designed to soothe lower back pain, but don’t worry a full body approach will be taken and every single muscle will be stretched ❤️

Spinning Pole For Beginners every Friday 6.30-7.30pm
(Please note - prerequisite 6 weeks prior training on static pole, must be confident with climbs + straddle inverts)
Intermediate Level Pole every Friday 7.35-8.35pm
This is a static pole class where you will be learning more challenging intermediate level spins, climbs, inversions as well as sequencing moves together 💪🏽

Do you have what it takes to conquer our first monthly challenge?
Starting on the 1st of November, we are encouraging all members to get involved and put their body to the test but most importantly have fun.
For this month we are kicking off with:
Complete a 1KM row in the fastest time possible! (On resistance level 5).
To participate in the challenge, please speak to a member of staff at reception who will record your time on the notice board. At the end of the month, the winner will be rewarded with 1 month FREE membership!
If you have any suggestions for future monthly challenges, please let our reception team know. We aim to make the challenges as inclusive as possible so that everyone can participate.

This Saturday Lekisha 🦊] is teaching a new class called POLE JAM where you can come and practice your favourite moves on the pole. Lekisha will lead the warm up and conditioning - then you can practice anything you want with the support of your instructor close by.

Deep Stretch and Mobility every Saturday at 10.30am and every Monday at 8.30pm
This class is perfect for extremely stiff and immobile individuals who are new to exercise, all the way up to the athlete - dancer/gymnast/fighter. Variations provided for all abilities.
This class encompasses active, dynamic and passive stretching techniques which are guaranteed to increase your range of motion, reduce pain/tension and free up your movement patterns to you can get closer to your goals.
People are realising more than ever how vital mobility is for training, and even just living in optimal health and well-being. Tight and immobile muscles are almost guaranteed to cause you an injury at some point if you continually hammer them with high intensity workouts with little to no recovery and restoration. Only a matter of time. Prevention is better than cure.
Limited spaces available, so be sure to secure your space to avoid disappointment.

Alexi has been teaching pole for over 8 years and incorporates her experience as a personal trainer and trained dancer to help her students develop the foundations of strength and flexibility so that they progress steadily on their journey in this incredible work of art
