The wait is over… Group Fitness is back at Anytime Fitness Alperton! πŸ’œπŸ’ͺ

Starting Sunday 13th July, we’re bringing back a selection of classes with an incredible team of instructors.

This is just the beginning, and we’ll be running this timetable until the end of July while we gather your feedback.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your fitness, have fun, or try something new, we’ve got a class for you! πŸ₯ŠπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ƒ

AMAZING NEWS to our wonderful members πŸ™Œ

After what seemed forever waiting for the part, I can tell you all today that the Cable Machine is NOW FIXED and in working order πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

A brand new station and fixings and is being used already in club, please treat it with respect, please look after it and please use it correctly as remember above all else it is a cable and it can and will snap if used incorrectly or under duress.

DO NOT Under any circumstances use multiple attachments at once on this kit, it won’t make your muscles get any bigger, it doesn’t create more tension it’s a myth, if you want to be shown any c exercises that create enough tension for the working muscles then reach out and we will show you but adding 4 x ropes, 2 bars and a couple of handles all at once πŸ’― do not work for you πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘€

Member of the Month for June πŸ™ŒπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ†πŸ₯‡πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

Huge congratulations to our lovely Sadie who is our June Member of the Month πŸ™Œ

Sadie’s goals when she joined us was to improve general Fitness, build strength and endurance which is specific to her performing on stage and long tours and long hours.

She has been training regularly, been very consistent, has put in the work ready for the summer and months ahead.

She has a smile to light up any room she walks into, has great banter and is always happy in her happy place which is the Gym.

We love to see our members hitting their targets, reaching their goals and improving every aspect of their lives, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing where all can be achieved in a positive, welcoming and engaging community.

A huge well done from everyone Sadie and once again well done you and keep being you and hitting those targets
