Pilates isn’t just about the reformer. Having a good foundation on the mat is important as it helps activate the correct muscles and maintain proper alignment which can then be transferred to the reformer.
Our beginner course teaches the basics of mat and reformer pilates so that you get the benefit of correct alignment, muscle activation and resistance and support from the reformer springs.
Our classes are kept small, maximum of 5 clients, so that the teacher gets to know your abilities and can work safely within your limits.
Our next beginner course will start in March.

We are excited to announce our new dates for our Introduction to Pilates Course. This is designed specifically for beginners who want to build a solid practice from the ground up.
In this course, we don’t just rush through the movements. We teach you the Basic Principles in depth, covering both the Mat and the Reformer.

Our next set of beginner courses are planned to start week beginning 1st September.
The introductory course is for 4 consecutive weeks and is aimed at complete beginners to teach the basics of Pilates, and to get familiar with the machines. Once completed, you would be able to join a regular group class on our schedule.
