Sisterhood is like a spider’s web — invisible at times, but it’s what catches us when we fall.
This month in the Collective, we’re talking Sisterhood — the kind that reminds you you’re not meant to do it all alone.
You, the fixer. The capable one. The emotional support human. The one who never drops the ball.
Let’s unlearn the shoulds, shake off the burnout, and weave something wilder. 💫🕸

My cherry tree is blooming, my roses are staging a takeover, and I’m somewhere between “new beginnings!” and “I forgot to start a garden again.”
There’s growth everywhere - including in me. (ugh so trite, but so true)
One of my favourite things sprouting this year is The Collective. It’s a regular hang out for lovely women to reflect, reset, and move through the months with more clarity and less “what am I even doing?”

Let’s do this the gentle, slightly-chaotic, fully-human way.
Resfeber is a Swedish word used to describe the restless race of the traveler’s heart before the journey begins, when anxiety and anticipation are tangled together. 🌿
As I painstakingly recorded (and rerecorded 🙃) the voice over for this video I found myself reminiscing about the magic of last years retreat. I was filled with excitement and anxiety about the fast-approaching Wild & FreeSummer Solstice Retreat. Join me in and an amazing group of Wild & Free Women in the feeling of resfeber.
There are two spots left to share joy, space and community.

You are NOT a business, my friend.
SMART goals were made for managers and organizations to stay on target. But you are a full, wild and free person - not a productivity system. You don’t exist to “stay on track.” You’re here to grow, evolve and live.
This framework for goal setting has been a game changer for my clients.
🌟 Identify Goals - Who do you want to become?
🌟 Project Goals - What do you want to complete?
🌟 Habit Goals - What do you want to do regularly?
Your goals don’t have to be measurable and time-bound to matter. They don’t have to be "achievable" by corporate standards. They just have to support you.
What kind of goals are calling to you right now?
Drop them in the comments below!⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
P.S. Really want to take this advice and run with it? I've got loads of goal setting tools in Design Your Year. Spring is a perfect time to join, and get yourself on track for the rest of the year. Signup now for the workshop recordings, goal setting tools, and access to the accountability call at the end of the month. And I'm on hand to answer any questions at any point.

For me, the reset button looks like movement in nature. Today, I’m working from the trail - strategizing, dreaming and chasing Pingu, who refuses to stay still.🐶 😂
One of my favourite practices this year has been monthly strategy walks. I take a big life or business question, take it on a long walk and invite nature to shift my perspective. This months walk was Stage 2 of a London to Brighton walk and honestly? It’s working. Feeling reconnected, refreshed and a little more joyful.
Even 10 minutes in nature can boost your mood-science says so. 🍃
And if your craving more 🌊 ✨ There are just two spaces left on the Wild and Free Summer Solstice Retreat. Join me and 12 amazing women for some serious (and not so serious) nature therapy.
With love,
Rosie 💕

The Design Your Year community is the best. These are the sort of reflections and energy they share. I love this tribe of humans.
And who doesn’t want to feel a sense of belonging & beauty as they start the year?
So, if you want:
🌟Clear intentions and goals that are aligned with them
🌟Accountability sessions with a group, so any time you get scared you can regroup and venture out again boldly.
🌟Less overwhelm from all the things you want to do but don’t seem to find time for.
🌟To stop questioning yourself all the time.
🌟To say no more to procrastination!
This is your final reminder.
Design Your Year is happening tomorrow. Sunday 12th January from 10.30am to 1.30pm. (and yes there will be a recording & workbook if you can’t make it live)

🪞 Reflection activity for 2024
2025 is nearly here and if you are anything like me you’ll probably be looking back over 2024. I wanted to share with you an exercise that I do as part of my ritual to close the year.
It really helps to see the themes from the year just gone and also inform me about what I might want to do more or less of in the new year.
👉 This activity gives you a sense of the flow of your year and helps you to spot patterns in what was good and what was bad for you this year.
👉 It’s really easy, draw a line on a piece of paper from one end to the other.
👉 At one end label it January and at the other December.
👉 Use the line to capture key events from your year. If they are positive things put them above the line.
👉 If they are negative things put them below the line and draw a line to show roughly how far above or below that line they fall.
Here’s one I made earlier (from 2021). If you look closely you’ll see the Omicron lockdown, goodness that feels like a LONG time ago.
Once you’ve completed the timeline looks across it.
🌟What themes can you spot?
🌟 What does this tell you that you need more of in the coming year?
🌟What does this tell you that you need less of in the coming year?
The notes I wrote to myself in 2021 were (unedited from my journal):
Lots of lows around health - I need to prioritise investing in getting this sorted (time and money)
Highs are when I’m connected to others, getting energy from running events and speaking.
Taking risks has led to some big payoffs in my business growth. Bigger risks next year? EEK!
Taking time for fun and holidays remains important - make sure to build it in next year.
I would love to hear how you get on with this exercise, either drop me a note in the comments below or send me a DM ♥️
Wishing you all a wonderful and healthy happy new year ♥️
