ATTENTION!!
This is Allan!! 6 weeks into his plan, he hasn’t made any life style changes but instead he has just started to put himself first!!
Allan came to me as he had a very weak knee and didn’t know were to start or what he was even capable of doing and found the gym boring!
By making time to come into the gym for our sessions, having FUN! working at 100% effort and educating himself on a balanced diet he has made changes he wanted to make!!

CHALLENGE!!
WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT?
This is called a Trigonometrical beacon (Trig) they are fixed Surveying stations used in Geodetic surveying But WHY is that important and how does it relate to fitness???????
Well…… You will find these points up and down the length of the UK and they are great landmarks to use for walks.
When you go on a walk you want something to aim for to help with motivation wether that be a destination, distance or a landmark such as a Trig!
Fitness does not have to just be gym related it can be as simple as going for a walk this is great way to help get your steps in and i try to do go on a long walk every Sunday.
We are SO lucky to have STUNNING views on our doorsteps in the Peak District, the Yorkshire dales and the Lake District just to name a few in England.
The challenge is to get out at least once a month and find a Trig point this can be done with a partner or family and Tag me in your photos of you at a trig point in the UK!
LETS GET OUT AND GET WALKING!

THE PLANK!
Do you struggle with core strength….?
Do you feel weak…. ?
Are you doing Ab workouts and seeing no results?
The plank is a great exercise to help with that core strength!
Try a 30 second plank everyday and I guarantee your core will start to strengthen!
Imagine your body as an apple, if you remove the core you are able to squish it but with the core in its incredibly hard!
The concept applies to the human body!
Strong core = solid foundation
Weak core = weak foundation
Build from the bottom up NOT from the top down!

It helps keep you motivated
It gives you a purpose of something to aim for and achieve
