Another amazing holiday spent down in Cornwall, with the best team sheet.

There’s no better place in the world for me.

Golf wasn’t too bad either 🏌️‍♂️

22 in 22 ❤️

Later on this year I will be running 22 half marathons in 22 days in memory of two very special people, while raising money for 4 charities that are close to my heart.

I will start on the on the 25th October and finish on the 16th November, which will be two years since my younger brother passed away.

This is definitely the toughest challenge I’ve ever set myself, but I’m looking forward to doing my Aunty Helen and Hugo proud and raise some awareness for the four charities I’ve chosen.

The link will go live in my bio very soon, but for now I’ll crack on with my training programme with help from and if anyone wants to tag along during the runs drop me a message.

Felt cute, might delete later.

When it comes to starting out in the gym, stop comparing yourself to others who’ve been working out for years.

The reason they’ve achieved what they have is through years of repetition, dedication, turning up day after day, week after week. It isn’t rocket science, anyone can do it, but it takes commitment.

When starting out cooking you wouldn’t compare your scrambled eggs to Gordon Ramsay’s, so stop doing the same when it comes to the gym.

Find yourself a workout programme that works for you, ideally start off with 2-3 full body workouts a week. Then build on that.

Start small, build strong foundations, because that platform is what will give you the confidence to want to keep on growing and learning.

Remember we all started somewhere and just turning up once a week is better than not showing up at all. You’ve got this 💪.

If you want a world class structured workout programme, which will help you achieve your goals & more importantly start helping you build good habits that you can take into other parts of your life, then DM the word NOW and I’ll be in touch.

Hope you all have a good week 👊

It is going to take me the whole week to get over last nights result.
