Just the one group class this week, but it's a great way to de-stress, stretch and refocus!

As the weather starts to turn, we may mirror that in our habits and musings.

You are very welcome to yoga classes with me this autumn, to practise and develop the art of going inwards, and slowing things down, if only for an hour or so each week!

Yoga classes are back tomorrow for a new term; come and join us for either a dynamic flow vinyasa class on Monday or a gentler stretch yoga class on Thursday.
