A stunning bank holiday has been had ☀️

As someone who usually works 6 days a week with 5 of those starting at 6am, two days of lie ins and sunshine has got me feeling so refreshed.

A nice little reminder that time off is essential to keep you, and consequently your business, running smoothly. I always preach to my clients about down time, sleep, recovery and prioritising loved ones but I’m not so great at doing that myself 🤪

To more sunshine and another week of hard graft! ❤️

March & April 💎

Some calm and lots of chaos within 21 days…

Moved out.
Stayed with our fur friends (and and Scott)
Cleaned. A lot.
Moved in.
Cleaned some more.
Ate a lot.
Got settled.
Made a Lego outfit.
Turned 30.
Ate some more.
Got spoilt rotten.
Found the sun spot in our new home.

Less chaos for the next couple of months I think!

I spent my final day being 29 preparing for my 30s to be the fittest, fastest, strongest and most athletic version of myself possible.

I’d say at this stage of my life I actually AM the strongest and definitely the most functional I’ve been I’m my adult life. Maybe not the absolute fittest because realistically to run a hyrox 3 years ago I must have been mega fit.
BUT i have different standards now than I did at 25. I don’t chase a 1RM on any lifts and I want to have a body which is healthy, strong, resilient and powerful.

Into 30 we go 🎈🤭
