Some moments don’t need much said.
Just the right people.

Thank you for being my safe place,
my biggest supporter (the friend who ❤️ every post and story from all 3 accounts),
and a shoulder to lean on in both my worst and my best moments.

Women’s friendships really are the ultimate life hack.

24 years of long-distance friendship that asks for nothing
but you being yourself. 🤍

Can you stay with the truth without collapsing into a younger version of yourself?

Holding truth doesn’t come from gathering more information.

It asks for something else entirely. The ability to stay with what you already feel, without rushing to soften it, explain it, or look away.

It’s noticing what’s there, even when it’s inconvenient.

Even when it asks something of you.

Most of the time, we don’t lack clarity.

We struggle to remain with it.

And that’s the work.

Expanding your capacity to hold it, instead of reaching for relief from the tension it brings.

The more truth you can hold, the clearer your no becomes.

No to what feels off, even if you can’t explain it.

No to being available for what drains you.

No to conversations that go in circles.

No to people who meet you with assumptions instead of presence.

No to anything that asks you to override yourself.

Because the more you come into contact with what’s true, the less you can tolerate what isn’t.

The more you see, the harder it becomes to pretend you don’t know what it’s asking of you.

If this is something you’re navigating right now, this is the depth I go into in my 1:1 work.

Most of what happens in connection
has nothing to do with the other person.

It’s what gets activated in you.
The moment you close or hold back.
The moment you stop being honest without even realising it.

We don’t meet people from who we are.
We meet them from what we’re protecting.

I’ve been sitting with this a lot lately.
And noticing how subtle it is.

If you’ve ever left a conversation
thinking “that wasn’t really me”

If you notice yourself adjusting, holding back,
or trying to get it “right”

If being fully seen still feels unfamiliar
or even unsafe

I’m opening a small online space to explore this together.

Guided through conversation, awareness, and a 9D breathwork journey.

This is something I see often.

People come to this work believing it will make them feel better. Believing that if they just do enough of it, life will finally feel easier.

But that’s not what tends to happen.

What I see, again and again,
is that this work doesn’t make life easier.

It makes people see more.

It doesn’t remove discomfort, but it expands the capacity to feel it without reacting, collapsing or needing to escape.

And that’s where everything starts to shift.

Because expectations changes from wanting life to feel comfortable… to start seeing that everything is revealing something.

All the moments that stretched you beyond what felt manageable were never a punishment.

They are part of something deeper.

Expansion.

Because your soul doesn’t care about comfort.

It came here to experience, to grow and remember.

And for those who stay with it long enough,
will inevitably come to understand

that maybe nothing was ever working against them.

That everything they’ve moved through
has been shaping the way they see, feel, and meet life.

And that what they were looking for out there…
was never separate from what’s within them.

Nothing was wasted.

It’s amazing how loud your mind becomes when everything else goes quiet.

The post-Vipassana glow ✨

A journey five years in the making.

The seed was planted in 2021.
My application was accepted in 2022, but I pulled out two weeks before the course. I wasn’t ready, fear was louder.

Fast forward to 2026.
In the early hours of January 1st, almost spontaneously, I submitted my application again. The confirmation came quickly. The journey had begun.

The louder the world has become, the more I’ve been craving silence. The more distracted I felt, the more I wanted to strip everything back.

Without a doubt, this was one of the hardest things I have done, physically and mentally.

Every step asked me to trust the process.
Every day tested my why.

10 days
11 hours of meditation each day
No contact with the outside world
Noble silence
No music, no reading, no writing

Pain in my legs that I was convinced would break me. And yet every day I stayed.

Zero dopamine hits and a very loud mind.

The practice is simple, but confronting.

To sit still and observe every sensation in the body, subtle or intense, pleasant or painful, without reacting to it.
To see how quickly the mind wants to grasp, resist, escape.

The very first morning, I sat for meditation at exactly 4:30am.

As I exhaled, my shoulders dropped and a deep sigh came out of nowhere.

In that moment I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. It felt like coming home.

I was ready to sit with myself and allow the process to take me wherever it needed to.

Throughout the first day one message kept returning - There is order in the chaos.

Every twist and turn of our lives is quietly guiding us somewhere.
Most of the time we suffer because we want to be somewhere else. Because we try to predict, control, and force the path.

But sometimes life gives us checkpoints.

Moments that remind us we were never lost.

We were simply learning how to see.

Nothing changed.
And yet the way I observe everything did.

What a way to step into the Fire Horse year! 🐎❤️‍🔥

Let me tell you a story.

A girl from a small town in a small country once had a dream of becoming a fashion designer.

2003
Dreaming of studying Masters in Fashion at University of the Arts London.

2013
Taking a short branding course there, still searching, still exploring.

2019 – 2022
Working at Arts Student Union, walking the corridors she once imagined herself belonging to.

2026
Returning not as a student or staff.
But invited to facilitate a wellbeing workshop at Arts SU UAL.

Full circle ⭕️🥹

And yet… not the circle she expected. Because the dream had evolved.

Life has a way of taking your original desire and refining it and stretching it beyond anything you could imagine and rebuilding it into something your younger self couldn’t even conceptualise.

My path wasn’t in fashion industry as I once thought. I became the woman who guides others back to themselves and that feels so much more aligned.

It’s a journey. And sometimes the return looks very different to the departure.

Today we anchored ourselves back into the present moment so we can access everything there is available here in the now ✨

30/12/2025

And because we’re keeping it real over here, here’s what you won’t see in the highlights.

• The exhaustion that comes from constantly figuring things out.
• The apparently 372,817 moments of self-doubt.
• Failures that far outweighed the wins.
• The isolation that comes with choosing a non-conventional path.
• The people I lost along the way.
• The voice notes filled with tears, laughter, and emotional breakdowns.
• The constant tension between soul-led purpose and basic survival.
• The invisible effort of holding it together when there was no clear plan, just faith, devotion, and showing up anyway.

And still… the beauty, the moments that made it all worth it.

We only meet ourselves fully in the contrast.
The lows are where capacity is built, layers are shed, and truth sharpens, so when the highs come, we can actually receive them in there fullness.

Overall review: 10/10 character building, soul expansion and absolutely no desire to repeat the process 😌

2025 thank you, you shaped me in ways I didn’t know I needed, 2026 let’s do this ✨✨✨

This year asked us to let go of so much. Some losses helped us grow, and some were far too soon.

Even though this year has held some of my highest highs, underneath has been a constant feeling of loss and I know many of you feel it too.

Grief comes in many forms and it’s in every moment life asks you to let go of something you weren’t ready to release.

We grieve those who left too soon.
We grieve relationships that shift.
We grieve the version of ourselves we can no longer return to.
We grieve dreams that didn’t unfold the way we thought they would.
We grieve the world we used to recognise.

So on 14th December, I’m opening a space for us to breathe through what we’ve been carrying:

✨ Grief & Loss — A 9D Breathwork Journey
Online | Donation-based (no minimum)

This session is for all forms of grief - recent, old, unspoken, misunderstood.

What to expect:
– Emotional softening
– Nervous system regulation
– Energetic cord-cutting
– Space to honour what you’ve lost
– A gentle return to yourself

You don’t have to explain your pain.
You don’t need the “right” story.
You just need to come exactly as you are.

🔗 Link in bio to join or share with someone who might need this. Sometimes the smallest invitation gives someone a place to land.

Much Love,

Lidiya

There are seasons when everything feels unfamiliar… your emotions, your decisions, your relationships, your direction.

A shift you can’t quite name, but you can feel it down to your bones.

When this happens, most people think something is wrong with them., but in reality, your system is reorganising itself.

“What Was Never Broken” was created for this seasons.

It’s a breath-led recalibration to help you integrate what’s rising, instead of resisting it.

Inside the workshop we’ll explore:

✨ A guided drop-in to reconnect you with your real inner voice beneath fear, conditioning and old identity.

✨ A full 9D Breathwork journey
9D combines breath, music, frequency, hypnotic language, subliminals and somatic cues to regulate the nervous system and quiet the default mode network, so your system can finally process what your mind has been suppressing.

People often experience:
• emotional clarity
• a sense of “reset”
• nervous system relief
• identity shifts
• reconnection with their truth

✨ Identity work through the body
Releasing old patterns stored in the nervous system so the next version of you can take shape.

✨ Grounding + integration
To help you anchor the part of you that’s emerging.

WHAT WAS NEVER BROKEN
Sunday, 7 December
11:30–14:30 — Camden, London

A return to the part of you that’s still whole.

If you’re in a season of transition, heaviness or inner confusion, this space is for you.

Come breathe into your next chapter.
I will meet you inside.

Much Love

Lidiya

It’s not the truth that will kill you, it’s the illusion.
The illusion that if you don’t look at the wound, it won’t hurt.
The illusion that you have to cope alone.
The illusion that holding everything together makes you strong.
The illusion that your silence keeps you safe.
The illusion that sacrificing your own happiness for others somehow justifies your suffering.

Truth doesn’t destroy you, it frees you.
What destroys you is pretending.

Pretending you don’t feel what you feel.
Pretending the pattern isn’t repeating.
Pretending the heaviness in your chest is just “tiredness.”
Pretending your body isn’t screaming for release.

You don’t crumble because of the truth.
You crumble because you’ve been carrying a life built on half-feelings,
half-voice, half-aliveness.

Until the moment where illusion becomes too heavy to hold.
Your breath starts exposing what your mind has been bargaining with.
Your body begins telling a story you can’t suppress anymore.
Your truth becomes louder than your survival strategies.

This is what What Was Never Broken is for.

A space where you can finally exhale.
Where the armour softens.
Where the illusions fall away.
Where you meet the truth you’ve been avoiding,
not to hurt you, but to bring you back to yourself.

If your life has been showing you “something needs to change…”, this might be your first step to making that change.

Early bird ends on 22nd.
We gather on 7th December in London.

Come breathe with me.
Come meet the truth you’ve been avoiding.
It will set you free.

Comment “TRUTH” and I’ll send it to you.
