Ilford Karate Club Entered 3 fighters in the 4th British Karate Guild Open Knockdown Championship at Crystal Palace yesterday and came away with 3 Golds.
Well done to Thilanga Kumudusena Wellalage Don, Max Da Costa & Simona Moneva for putting in the hard work and reaping the rewards. Great ambassadors for the dojo, Kyokushin & the BKG.
Thanks to all the dojo members for helping them prepare and for volunteering on the day to assist in anyway you were asked, to make the event a great success.
