Ziua 2 - Drumeția/ Hiking în familie ( cu Roxana Bazgan &Kevin)
Punct de plăcere/ sosire - Stațiunea Durau, Salvamont
Traseu: Crucea Roșie ( urcare) -Dunga Roșie (coborâre)
Cascada- Cabana Dochia- Vf Toaca- Panaghia- Cabana Fântânele
Timp recomandat: 8h
Datele:
- timpul total pt urcare și coborâre ( incluzând cele 519 trepte din vârf) = 5 h 51 min ( incluzând video, poze, pauze, etc)
- suplimente folosite = batoane/ băuturi energizante, ciocolată
- hidratare = aprox. 2 lt apă /persoana

Many people have posted in the previous few days/weeks about the "evils" of running on snow or frozen snow, and the consensus seems to be that treadmills are the way to go. No single one is intended for TRAIL RUNNING.
What exactly is trail running?
1/ it's business as usual at the workplace when the roads are covered with snow, ice, mud, or slush.
2/ joint impact is much reduced as compared to running on flat, hard surfaces.
3/ there is a lot of "clean" sports; just think about how many marathon runners have been banned in the past year for doping.
4/ rather from being surrounded by vehicles and buses, runner is immersed in the natural world.
5/ Less glamorous, in 10 minutes all shoes will appear the same regardless of whether you're wearing the last pair worn at the world's most famous marathon or a pair from an unknown brand (full of mud or snow or anything in between). Obviously, you'll want to excel at handling wet and muddy conditions.
