We are excited to introduce a new class lead buy the one and only .fitness_ every Friday 12pm
This class is for anybody who wishes to learn how to box & also learn how to hold the pads. Both skill sets go hand in hand ๐ค๐ผ
LJ aims to always educate rather than make people sweat for no reason. So if you are looking to expand your knowledge & use more of your mental side of training then this is the class for you ๐ง
Once we go through the breakdown of every foundation that we need to cover, then the fun starts ๐คช๐ค๐ผ learn to fail, learn to not get it the first time & most importantly, have fun whilst learning a new skill!
