My own story🚀
I began my photoshoot prep on the 28th February which gave me 12 weeks to diet down for the 29th May
12 weeks isn't a huge amount of time so we had to get a move on
I started the diet at around 98kg
And I ended up on shoot day @ 86kg
Around 12-13kg down
Was this diet sustainable? No
But it wasn’t supposed to be
I started the diet on 2750cals, and ended up finishing the diet on 2200 cals on a training day and 1800 cals on a rest day
This calorie intake combined with 10k steps per day and 2-3 cardio sessions per week, put me in a very good position for some serious fat loss
The biggest takeaway for me from this diet was understanding the importance of ACCOUNTABILITY
I needed pushing during this diet
Would I have been able to push this hard without a coach?
I highly doubt it
Everyone needs someone in their corner in my opinion…
Regardless of your own ability, as often we can get caught up in the whirlwind of our own lives
And our perception of our ability to dig deep and push through struggle, can often be clouded
The main reason I wanted to diet for this photoshoot was to show people what is truly possible when you get to work
I’m not the most genetically gifted or athletic and I am someone that lives a very busy life
But
I was still able to create an awesome transformation
How?
I had someone to be accountable to!
I had a clear WHY!
And I had a clear plan!
The truth is, if I can do it
YOU CAN TOO
You’re probably shaking your head right now…
Thinking “there’s no way I can do that”
So if you’re thinking that, I’m going to politely tell you that your WRONG
And if you don't believe that YOU can achieve an incredible transformation too
Then…
Keep an eye out for all the incredible transformations from the photoshoot
Because trust me, you’ll be mind blown what is possible when some pretty banging online coaching meets your hard work ;)

Willem and his incredible story!🚀
I’ll let willem do the talking on this one and share what he posted below❤️
“Job Done ✅ - Swipe right for the transformation - 😅 Where do I start, August 21 my mental and physical health were in the worst place they’ve ever been, dealing with personal battles I’ve never had to face before
Instead of turning to drink, drugs or other avenues I locked myself away and used all that misspent energy and put it towards changes myself for the better… It was the toughest thing I’ve ever had to do
Fast forward to today and yeah these pictures are cool and it’s great to look at these pictures taken Sunday to see how far I’ve come but it’s what you can’t see that’s changed just as much if not more which became more important to me in recent times…
My mental health including, positive outlook on things and situations out my control, my willingness to go out my comfort zone and my desire to dream & explore
With that being said a LOT of graft, discipline and desire was put into getting and maintaining this shape, I’m sure if you’ve followed me you’re sick of seeing my meal preps and mountain climbs but the proof is in the pudding 📸
My circle got a lot smaller the last few years and there’s a small bunch of people who know who they are I couldn’t of done this without, your real friends keep you accountable in this life!

Ben and his story🚀
Ben jumped on board with TEAM CWC in order to achieve a goal that is incredibly special to both Ben and myself
Without blowing smoke 💨 Ben is the definition of someone that is relentlessly consistent
If I told him to do something, guess what…
It gets done
And what was his reward for that?
RESULTS!
Jaw dropping results
Fitness is very very simple
It’s not complicated
But
Ben has recently completed one of the hardest phases of his life
The phase where he balanced university, life and a bodybuilding prep
Of which is incredibly difficult
But
We gave him the tools, understanding and empathy needed to approach this phase correctly
And it’s safe to say that Ben has come out the other side of that phase with even more…

George and his story🚀
George came on board my coaching programme with the initial goal of simply losing some body fat
George simply wanted a push in the right direction
And I gave him exactly that and more
I gave him all the tools he needed
With all the support required
Goerge had tried diets in the past but he had never truly been successful
But this time was different!
George had no intentions of getting in photoshoot shape
But
We took him through his first photoshoot last year
But as the process went on
And he saw the incredible results he was getting
It just made sense to dive into the deep end
And try something he had never done before!
A photoshoot is a challenge, and it is way out of some people's comfort zones
So it was incredible to see george tackling this challenge head on
A few months later after taking George through a good 8-9month of gaining muscle tissue after his first shoot
We then dived into another deficit/diet ready to take on his second photoshoot diet!
Goerge faced several challenges along the way but I was there to support him
It has been an absolute pleasure coaching george

Josh and his story🚀
Josh came to me nearly a year ago to this date with the long-term vision of getting in the best shape of his life
To begin joshes coaching journey we began to slowly push his calories up and teach Josh the importance of progressive overload, good quality nutrition as well as the often underestimated importance of routine and positive habits
We pushed Josh‘s body weight up significantly over an eight month timeline and then we began a diet for the TEAM CWC photo shoot which lasted from the end of February to the end of May
Josh then went into a maintenance phase with the goal being a very short and sharp aggressive diet ready for his holiday to Ibiza
Coaching Josh has made me realise the importance of turning your fitness journey into a lifestyle change as Josh has clearly shown that he is now in love with his fitness and all the positive results that it brings
Not only a physical standpoint but a mental one too
And joshes transformation just goes to show what you can do when you put your mind to something
Josh has once again opened my eyes to how important it is for me as a coach to work with driven and passionate people… as it makes the best job in the world just that little bit better

Joe and his story📸
Joe jumped on board my coaching team 12 weeks out from the TEAM CWC photoshoot
With the goal of getting lean for summer and of course setting himself the challenge to get photoshoot lean!
When coaching Joe we didn’t over complicate things
He had a daily step goal✅
A calorie goal✅
An enjoyable but effective training programme✅
And we threw some cardio in there to✅
If I made a change or told him to do something, guess what…
He got it done
And what was his reward for that?
Results
Jaw dropping results
Joe is a coach/PT himself, he understands how fat loss works…
So why did he need/want a coach?
Joe simply needed some accountability and a push in the right direction
When fat loss is your goal, you NEED to realise the power of accountability…
Because a calorie deficit and a fancy training programme means nothing unless you can stick to it throughout the ups and downs of a diet
(and trust me there will be some ups and downs)
And having someone to be accountable to makes the process so much easier
A photoshoot was a big step outside of Joes comfort zone!
But as we all know
Comfort zones SUCK
And if you want to truly transform your physique as well as your mindset
You need to say goodbye to your comfort zone
Stepping out of your comfort zone in a physique transformation phase like Joes can look like
🔑Saying no to social pressures
🔑Getting up early when you don’t want to
🔑Getting an early night’s sleep
🔑Taking your training to the next level
🔑Doing your cardio when it’s the last thing you want to do
🔑Setting big goals like getting in photoshoot shape
The more you step out of your comfort zone
The more you WILL progress in life
Comfort zones SUCK!

Dom and his story🚀
Doms transformation in my opinion is the definition of a lifestyle change
We could have done this in a much shorter space of time
But we took our time to ensure that the results he achieved were results that he could hold onto for a lifetime
In regards to how I set up Dom‘s coaching journey
We made it incredibly simple
He had a structured meal plan to follow which he enjoyed
He had an enjoyable training plan to follow
Constant accountability via check ins
But most importantly he had a vision
That vision being, getting in the best shape of his life
And I think it’s fair to say that we achieve that goal (and then some)
Dom is a perfect example of someone that suited a long-term fitness journey (hence the 30kg loss!)
As I mentioned we could’ve done this in a much shorter space of time
But our mission was lifelong results not a short-term fix
Dom now has so much awareness around his training and his nutrition
And he is now in a position to maintain this physique for the foreseeable future
Dom‘s transformation was much more than just a physical one
His mental resilience and overall day-to-day routine has massively levelled up
And fitness is now a part of his life and he no longer sees it as a chore
Which is something I think Dom never thought would have been possible!
His confidence both in and out of the gym has skyrocketed
And he is now open to new challenges…
Like getting in front of a camera at a photoshoot!

James and his story🚀
James jumped on board our coaching team back in April
And since then it has been a combined effort from James, and I to completely overhaul his physique mindset and routine
Like with all of our transformations at TEAM CWC
We didn’t do anything special, groundbreaking or magical

Michael - “Friday 18th November 2022
The day I got to showcase what I’d worked so hard for
4 months ago I’d had enough of my own s**t, repeating the same day to day cycle hoping one day things would change
A big part of my life has been going to the gym, not to be the biggest guy in there, not to lift the most amount of weight but a place to escape from reality for a bit and focus on bettering myself day by day because let’s face it, no one feels down after a good workout
Over covid I gained a hell of a lot of weight, picked up a lot of bad habits and was in a very bad place with a lot of things going on behind the scenes
Now, I know I’m not alone, we all have our demons but I’ve always been relatively good and staying positive and being able to push through and this time around I couldn’t
I knew I needed help in order to get my life back on track and I knew it would start with the gym because for me I knew that if I had that aspect figured out everything would fall into place and It did. I seen how much changed a very close friend of mines life .explores and put him on the right track and is truly living his best life. So I had to reach out!
It’s was honestly hands down the best thing I ever did, in 4 months with the right guidance and understanding from we managed to drop 17kg (2 and a half stone) over the 4 months and now I’m currently the happiest and most motivated I’ve ever been and absolutely nothing can stop me now and believe me many things over the 4 months tried and failed
Im so happy with the amount of progress I’ve made in the last 16 week and now it’s time to chill and maintain over Christmas/New year and then dive into another fat loss phase as I know I still have more to lose in order to really get in the best shape of my life, then we cruise into a gaining phase and see what we can achieve”

Jack and his story🚀
Jack's transformation was a true testament to the power of consistent effort and guidance from a coach
Through our coaching program, we were able to help Jack achieve his goals of improving his physique!
Initially, Jack's goal was to simply build muscle tissue, but we realised that this approach wouldn't give him the results he wanted
Instead, we focused on helping him lose body fat, which allowed him to reveal the muscle tissue he had already built while also improving his overall appearance
This switch in focus allowed Jack to make significant progress in a short amount of time
He became leaner and more defined, and he was able to see the fruits of his hard work in the form of a more muscular physique
Jack's transformation was not only physical, but a mental transformation as well
He gained confidence and a newfound sense of pride in his appearance, which has had a positive impact on other areas of his life
Overall, Jack's transformation serves as a great example of what is possible with the right approach and support!
