Not a big fan of having a beetroot red face or like I’ve jumped in a swimming pool.

Can we retire the phrase “I don’t want to get bulky”? And also “I just want to look toned” 🤯🤯🤯

If your goal is to look “toned”, what you’re actually looking for is… muscle.
