🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 star review from Stacey:

Absolutely love everything about this bundle! The creatine tastes lovely. I've tried some other brands in the past and wasn't fussed. I'm so pleased I've found this one.
The water bottle is lush, it feels so nice to hold and is the perfect colour.
Love the smell of the chalk, it's making me want to kick start my rock climbing again. It will definitely come in handy down the gym.
Also, love the file, between my weightlifting/gym, love for DIY etc this is the perfect product to keep my hands smooth.

I've only just started taking this today so can't review the results. But I will. What I can say is the taste is insane, it's so good. No gritty texture either. I also love the colour of the drink and the packaging it beautiful. Ordering and delivery all very well communicated and so fast.

It’s not up for debate…

All forms of exercise reduce anxiety and depression, across all types of people. A recent study shows this to be the case - involving 80,000 people.

The science doesn’t lie. If you know someone who is struggling, help them. Teach them the gift that is easing your mind by working your body!

I bought this as a gift for my gym obsessed daughter - she absolutely loves it! “She Builds” mixes easily and apparently tastes fantastic! The bottle has a really luxurious feeling to it and is the perfect size!
Thanks so much!

Creatine? Yes. The vast majority of women of all ages will benefit from it.

But I wanted more.

I wanted one daily formula built around strength, performance and supporting lean muscle, without having seven different pills and powders to take.

So I created She Builds.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE: 5g

HMB: 2g

BETAINE: 2.5g

L-CARNITINE L-TARTRATE: 1g

MAGNESIUM: 120mg

VITAMIN D3: 25µg

VITAMIN B12: 100µg

Seven ingredients. One daily formula.

She Builds.
Advanced Creatine Complex.

Made in the UK. Created by a woman who trains.

Motherhood can be challenging as well as rewarding…especially when you’ve got a mini-me who wakes three times a night.

Training gives you a time to focus on YOURSELF - time everyone needs and benefits from, including the family!

Getting into a routine of training is hard with young children and yes it’s tiring - but actually, very quickly you find you have MORE energy, not less.

If you support your body with a formula for women like She Builds, you’re getting everything in your favour.

She Builds is designed to support not just your physical performance in the gym but your recovery too. As well as the big name actives like creatine we think about for strength and endurance, there are supportive elements to the blend too.

Sometimes wrongly being judged as “basic” actives - but shouldn’t be, because these two have the potential to make a huge impact…

Vitamin B12 and Magnesium: proven to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Having been up three times last night and doing a Hyrox SIM at 5am - I’m saying yes please to that!

Wow, wow, WOW… I’m obsessed with this product! 💕✨

Firstly, the packaging — every girl’s dream colour! 🎀 It looks so gorgeous on my kitchen side too, rather than your usual boring supplement tub.

The colour of the product itself is just STUNNING. Honestly, I’m living my Barbie dream. 💗 But even better than that… the taste! 🥹👌🏼

As a mum who normally can’t leave the house without her morning Americano, I now leave with my Advanced Creatine in my Be Her bottle, starting my day feeling more hydrated than ever. 💦💪🏼

I’m genuinely gutted when it runs out! I can’t wait for the training benefits to start kicking in too — I’ll definitely be back with another review once I’ve been using it for longer.

But for first impressions… STUNNING, Be Her. Oh YES please! 💕🎀✨
