A GREAT week of the team pushing themselves and plenty of PBs hit across the board.
Here is a snap shot at some of the amazing personal best lifts hit by some of the team this last week!
Our success is determined by much more than the weight on the bar and not hitting a PB does not mean you aren't on the right path. An expectation we make sure to manage.
But hitting a PB (big or small) can equally be hugely joyful and a huge boost. So we make sure to celebrate them!
PB City, or PB Citaaayyyyy if its a huge PB, is the usual celebratory chant from myself or the team!
