Our Pilates flow class is a 45 minutes of non-stop Pilates moves - strength, mobility and cardio, all in one class.
Not suitable for Beginners.

Pilates is agréable according to one of my clients. Though not everybody might agree😂 Pilates builds up the body progressively in a relaxed way (no unnecessary tension) so no feeling of strain or stiffness as you learn how to strengthen and move your body effectively.
