Our Strength, Core & Mobility Class is back π’π’
We're very excited to be coaching our circuit class at the amazing new space, ._ .
Thursdays 12:30-1:45pm, starting on May 9th ποΈ
This class is designed to break up the working day for those on a work from home schedule. Take a break from the desk and alleviate stiffness and stress as you build a stronger, more mobile body through core & resistance training. It's all about strength + length exercises at Form Fitness, so you'll be developing mobility and flexibility too!
We pride ourselves on form coaching every class and regressing/scaling exercises to your individual ability. We're here to help you get stronger and move better week to week πΊ
The sessions involve some paired exercises so bring a partner or a friend or come by yourself and get stuck in.Β ποΈ
We'll be coaching 4 weeks blocks that strengthen different muscle groups and joints. Our first four sessions will be focused on strengthening the knees, glutes, ankles & core alongside general mobility! We will be changing the focus of our sessions every 4 weeks so keep an eye on our page for updates each month.

Belated holiday post! The first 2 pictures are the ones Iβd post to make it look like Iβm a pillar of health that never stops working out - always on that grind πͺπͺ The 3rd picture is what I was actually doing for the majority of the holiday - enjoying myself and not thinking about work or exercise. Whilst itβs fantastic to develop discipline and a love for nurturing your body, any influencer or fitness professional who tells you itβs never okay to take breaks or your foot off the gas isnβt being helpful. It takes roughly a month to lose any increment of strength after a drop in your usual workout intensity, and you will therefore not suffer from taking a short break. Fitness is about enriching your life, not about feeling bad about what you have and havenβt done. Enjoy your holiday and when you get back to the gym work hard and do your best to develop it into a sustainable habit that can be maintained for years to come - Coach Rob

Studies show that plants actually boost moods, increase creativity, reduce stress, and eliminate air pollutants.
They also help people concentrate better in the home and workplace as well as offering both psychological and physical health benefits that include: reducing fatigue and lowering anxiety.
All in all plants are great. And they look good too. Especially ours π
