We are less than 12 hours away from the doors CLOSING on my 5 Day Stretch Challenge.

Nice to meet you I’m Sammo

I’m the one who doesn’t just talk the talk but walks the walk too.

How can I be so confident? Well that’s easy … because I am you.

I gave up playing Sunday league football for feeling too old and turned to a sport where you’re the youngster in an “old man’s game”

I know the frustration of listening to grown men moan about their age and promising myself I won’t be like them ..

But I’ve also neglected years of looking after myself and used “I’ve got time on my hands” as an excuse whilst positioning myself as the youngster in said “old man’s game” for validation.

And as for the golf, I know a bit about that as well.

I know how it feels to set a target of becoming a single figure golfer & achieving it in less than a year.

I know how it feels to hit one up to the group in front and sheepishly defend yourself with the words “it was supposed to be a lay up” or “I never hit them like that”

I know how it feels to think your game crumbles every time you put “medal” on the scorecard & I also know how it feels to win one

I know how it feels to be called a bandit when you score 40 points and I also know the frustration of putting in 29 points as the lowest handicap in your group

I know the feeling of your playing partners saying “great drive” & I know the feeling of almost snapping a club across your knee when you top one 50 yards

I know how it feels to boil up inside every time someone tells you “if only you could putt”

I know how it feels to look around the clubhouse and get lost in the thought “I don’t want to end up like them”

5 Day Stretch Challenge FAQ’s 🚨🙆🏼‍♂️⛳️🏌️‍♂️
 
Q: Who is the 5 Day Stretch Challenge for?
A: This is the perfect challenge for anyone who is passionate about getting better at golf & wants to regularly beat their mates & win roll ups, consistently add 10-15 yards off the tee & shoot lower scores more often.
 
Q: Can non golfers take part?
A: Yes they can although I’d be terrified for the opposition on the day they decide to take the sport up having worked on this challenge.
 
Q: How is it delivered?
A: The 5 days will be delivered through a private Facebook group. Every day you will be set a stretch & accountability task to complete, an opportunity to ask questions & a live stream with me in the evenings.
 
Q: Do I have to be on Facebook to get involved?
A: Yes
 
Q: Am I too old to take part?
A: No. I believe you have to only be 16 years old to join Facebook
 
Q: Very funny. Am I too old to take part?
A: Nope. Although a common concern, you’re never too old to get started & in fact the sooner you start the better you’ll feel & the longer you’ll have to reap the rewards
 
Q: How much time do I have to give up?
A: If you’re lucky you can get an extra 40 years on the golf course with the tools you’ll take away from the challenge!
 
Q: Stop it! How much time do I have to give up?
A: Ok ok. You’ll need to give 20 mins (max 30) each day to complete the stretch & accountability task

A common complaint I hear around the clubhouse is a lack of flexibility holding people back from playing better golf:
 
😫 Struggle to carry themselves for 18 holes

🔭 Lacking distance off the tee making approach shots harder

🤦🏻‍♂️ Losing concentration on the greens cause attention is on their achy joints
