Evening all, so due to childcare issues and logistics, I am having to cancel our early evening session in Lloyd Park at 5pm tomorrow, however it's the last day for our 'FIRST CLASS FREE' offer at The Engine Room, so please do come along to our evening session at 7.45pm

YOGA AT THE ENGINE ROOM, TOTTENHAM HALE STARTS TONIGHT!
Our new community yoga class starts back at The Engine Room, Hale Village this evening and even more exciting, I am so sure you will love it, that I am giving you your first class for FREE!!
It's an hour session of Hatha Yoga for a flowing end to your evening setting you up for a great night's sleep, so come amd join me for a stretch and relax in a great space 🙌🧘♀️💫

Feeling incredibly thankful today. Having to pinch myself, that my job has bought me to this magical place in the heart of the French countryside. A little slice of magic to restore, relax and rejuvenate.... and that's just me!

Just the most gorgeous morning in the park! Last week was a little chilly, but the best of sunny, spring mornings was had this morning.... a total delight 😊 👌
We also had the most wonderful pleasure of welcoming to class, whilst she is visiting family. Don't forget, our first yoga retreat together is happening 19th-23rd June.
