Our new community yoga class starts back at The Engine Room, Hale Village this evening and even more exciting, I am so sure you will love it, that I am giving you your first class for FREE!!

It's an hour session of Hatha Yoga for a flowing end to your evening setting you up for a great night's sleep, so come amd join me for a stretch and relax in a great space 🙌🧘‍♀️💫

Feeling incredibly thankful today. Having to pinch myself, that my job has bought me to this magical place in the heart of the French countryside. A little slice of magic to restore, relax and rejuvenate.... and that's just me!

I have the pleasure of running this week's wellness retreat with ,who, along with ,has created a place of tranquility and harmony, full of the healing power of nature and all the delights that France and their warm personalities and hosting skills offer.
