I used to wear this uniform and this audio made me stop and realise although “I’m working on it” that little Sophie is proud. And then there’s this hall full of young dreamers and all the aspirations they hold for their future selves. Sometimes we get so busy we forget to stop and smell the flowers 🌷

🗣️ Mrs Sophie, look at the sky!

I had already smiled at its beauty but was in “exam mode” but one of them shouting mid class saying this we had to pause, take a pic and enjoy its beauty.
My kind of people are those that stop and look at the sky, the moon, the sea, the beauty around us every day. MY DANCING GIRLS 🫶🏼

We are meant to dance in the kitchen, down the road, in the supermarket, whilst cleaning our teeth & whilst dealing with grief. Dance is medicine, its movement when the mind can’t find the words. It unpacks. It hyper focusses. It’s release! I can’t really find the words. It would be easier to dance with my dancing girls. If you can hear the music then really you should dance. 🪩

I know the kids have only just gone back to school or started but for the mentally overloaded working mums here is our October half term schedule. I really hope we can ease the load for you even if it’s just you need a day to yourself! You are allowed this guilt free and I can assure you they will have sooooo much fun! Our early bird ends 10th October! Spaces are limited! And we are at a different venue from the summer holidays! Fancy dress welcomed if anything it’s actually encouraged! 🎃

What about the TBD? I am tooing and throwing between a third theme so I thought you could all help me out and whichever ones I get the most inspiration from I shall shortlist, pop in a witches hat 🧙‍♀️ and the winner can come for free to a workshop of their (or their adults choice!) Happy Halloween Theme Hunting! Pop your theme in the comments!
And YESSSS boys can come too!
10% sibling discount!
